Her mission is to support people by sharing Yoga, Mindfulness, Wellbeing tools and movement. She hopes to support and inspire people to connect with their bodies, to find acceptance, ease physical and emotional tension, and enhance mental and physical health. She wants to support people to live a holistic happier life within life difficulties to live lives with a greater sense of wellbeing, kindness and resilience.

Sara has continued teaching development in different areas to learn about how different bodies work to support herself but also to be able to teach inclusive and accessible yoga based on biomechanics and fascia connection. She has a particular interest in working with people that suffer from pain or chronic illness and people that want to find balance in life.

She will be teaching Yoga and Mindfulness courses and workshops for groups throughout the year.
